*Russian Kettlebell Workshop: The six fundamental movements in kettlebell training are instructed in detail on proper technique and safety. All ages and levels of fitness are welcome to attend this 4 hour workshop. Kettlebells are great to incorporate into your existing workout regimen or sport specific program. Training with kettlebells you can acquire lean muscle, lose body fat, gain endurance, flexibility, rehabilitate injuries and enhance cardiovascular conditioning.

In this one hour Kettlebell Class the fundamental movements are instructed and applied in a  challenging  and safe workout. Please bring a towel, water and hand/ wrist protection ( if needed). Spaces are limited, please call /sign in to reserve your spot.

 

ATP Kettlebells focuses on the ten recognized fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. 

 

We use our body weight, medicine balls, free weights, plyo boxes, jump ropes, kettlebells, gymnastics and pull up bars. We use our entire body not just a certain muscle group. Every workout involves compound, multi-joint exercises. Your training sessions will utilize tried and true movements that have existed since the beginning of time. From the explosive power lifts found in Olympic weightlifting to being able to control one’s body from any and all angles. Your fitness and safety is my priority and ATP Kettlebells will present effective ways to help you achieve your specific goals. No fads or gimmicks, just good old-fashion hard work.
