*Russian Kettlebell Workshop: The six fundamental movements in kettlebell training are instructed in detail on proper technique and safety. All ages and levels of fitness are welcome to attend this 4 hour workshop. Kettlebells are great to incorporate into your existing workout regimen or sport specific program. Training with kettlebells you can acquire lean muscle, lose body fat, gain endurance, flexibility, rehabilitate injuries and enhance cardiovascular conditioning.

In this one hour Kettlebell Class the fundamental movements are instructed and applied in a challenging and safe workout. Please bring a towel, water and hand/ wrist protection ( if needed). Spaces are limited, please call /sign in to reserve your spot.
