Work Out: 25 sec Work/ 15 sec Rest / 4 Rounds  of each group

*Double Kettlebells

1- Swings/ Deadlifts

2- Front Squats / Alternating Presses

3- Renegade Rows / Pistols R/L

4- Cleans / Snatch

5- Chest Presses / KB Sit Ups
