10- Deadlifts

5- Hindu Pushups

WORKOUT:

5- Rounds for Time

5-Pullups

10-Swings

*20 sec Work/ 10 sec Rest for 4 Rounds

Snatch R/L

Reverse Lunges R/L

Deck Squats

COMBO #1: 3 Rounds- Don’t put down the bell until you completed one round R/L. 20 sec rest between rounds

Right Side:

5 reps- 1 Arm-Swing

5- Clean & Press

5- Front Squat

Transfer to left side and repeat.

COMBO #2: 3 Rounds- Don’t put down the bell until you completed one round R/L- 20 sec. rest between rounds

Right Side:

3- Snatches

3- Thrusters

3-Cleans

Transfer to left side and repeat.
