This was the first kb class after the Level-1 Kettlebell Workshop held on January 16. We spent the hour class reviewing the 6 fundamental movements and spending more personal time with a few clients. Working on breaking bad habits in the beginning, reinforcing proper technique and breathing behind the shield was the main focus. After the review we put them through a workout of 20 sec work and 25 sec rest. I am really blessed that I have two RKC’s to work/ train with.
