There is no finish line!

The BIGGEST mistake people make when looking to transform their body and achieve their health and fitness goals is to see it as a race or a task with a finish line. Although setting deadlines and engaging in a 12 week body transformation challenge is a good idea, don’t see those deadlines as the end point. That’s why I mentioned taken the lifestyle approach early on. These initial deadlines are a to accelerate your progress. Also, true body transformation takes time and there is a huge relationship between patience and progress. If you want to see your physique change…be patient, be consistent and the results will come!
