They rarely work. You need to find a permanent solution and that always means a lifestyle approach. Last year did you say to yourself ……New Year, New Body? Then you tried a diet an exercise and failed to achieve a lean physique? Leave your New Year resolutions out of the picture this year and take a lifestyle approach to achieving your health and fitness related goals. If you do this I guarantee you will be more successful.
Be specific with your goals and understand that working to achieve your goals will enhance and enrich your entire life. The lifestyle approach addresses stress management, support structures, as well as nutrition and exercise. It’s a more rounded and holistic approach. You need to think outside the workout or training session.
