The kettlebell class was structured differently today. I added kettlebells, D-balls, ropes and plyo boxes into the mix. The reps are low and the focus was on brief rest periods and high intensity movements. Enjoy!
Work out #1:
Reps scaled down from 10 to 1
Example: 10 swings- 10 pushups / 9 swings- 9 push ups / 8 swings 8 pushups ect. (Complete within 5 minutes)
Snatches- 5 reps Right / Left D-ball Slams for 10 reps ( 3 Rounds)
Workout #3:
Double Clean & Press (heavy bells) 5 reps Rope Pulls- 5 reps (4 Rounds)
Workout #4
5 Goblet Squats 5 Box Jumps (5 Rounds)
Workout #5
One arm swings 5 reps right / left 10 Pikes ( 3 rounds)
