Rules of Participation:
1. Please be prompt.
2. Safety at all times and be respectful to others.
3. Must wear a flat shoe ( Converse All Stars, wrestling shoes, indoor soccer shoes or Vans).
If not… you will be barefoot.
4. Men’s attire: T-shirt / tank and shorts (above the knees).
5. Women’s attire: T-shirt / tank and shorts (above the knees).
6. Bring a towel and water.
7. Digital camera (optional).
8. No jewelry (rings or watches).
9. Payed in full 2 weeks before workshop date.
10. Be prepared to work!
Level -1 Kettlebell Workshop: The six fundamental movements in kettlebell training are instructed in detail on proper technique and safety. All ages and levels of fitness are welcome
to attend. Kettlebells are great to incorporate into your existing workout regimen or sport specific program. Training with kettlebells you can acquire lean muscle, lose body fat, gain endurance, flexibility, rehabilitate injuries and enhance cardiovascular conditioning. We look forward to working with you.
