5 Min. Snatch Test
Choose a challenging sizeĀ kettlebell=Transfer as many times. Only allowed to put the bell down once.
8 Rounds
20 sec.-Swings
20 sec. Rest-Rest is with the kettlebell in the overhead position (bottoms-up) with the body locked out!
3 Rounds/15 reps of Kettlebell Burpees
Using 2 kettlebells-When you drop down you will perform the push-up with your hands on the kettlebell handles. When you come up, Clean the bells, then press overhead.
10 minutes of Turkish Get-Ups
Alternating left/right
